My name is Danielle Petersen and I have been working in the Marketing and Advertising industry for over 15 years. With extensive experience in graphic design, go-to-market strategy, branding and re-branding, product marketing, and online marketing, I believe I have a uniquely well-rounded skill set. Currently, I manage the marketing department for Real Estate Development and Property Management Company located in Denver, CO. I’m consistently looking to elevate content, create strong marketing campaigns, and maximize reach while maintaining a conservative budget.

I’ve considered myself a creative for as long as I can remember. With a degree in Nonfiction Writing, a background in Visual Merchandising, and drive to never stop learning new techniques, I found myself drawn to the Marketing industry. Now that I’ve established myself here, I can’t imagine another path for myself.

PaulsCorp || Corporate Marketing Manager || 2016-2024
  • Oversee all marketing, advertising and branding strategies for all departments throughout national company. Manage and oversee an $3 million budget per year. Work directly with Director of Operations, Director of Construction and President
  • Brand Management for each property (30), each sector of PAULS (Residential, Office, Industrial, Infrastructure, and Land), and PAULS as a brand
  • Create a strong marketing strategy for each new property. As each property is it’s own entity, marketing process is essentially starting from scratch each time and building into a recognizable and reputable business
  • Creative design and development of logos, websites, online marketing (digital ads, email advertising, social media marketing), print advertising and print collateral, sales office display and marketing materials, property signage, customized event products and all interoffice presentations – and implementation of all mentioned
  • Work with and manage subcontractors and vendors. Give clear, concise direction on needs, timelines, design ideas and follow up regularly
Oakwood Homes || Corporate Marketing Coordinator/ Regional Marketing Manager || 2015-2016
  • Graphic designer for all Denver and Colorado Springs division marketing requests including; all print office collateral, online digital ads, newspaper and magazine ads, event promotion marketing, outdoor directional signage, and sales office interior set up designs
  • Plan and Strategize sixteen communities’ yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily marketing campaigns as Interim Denver Division Marketing Manager from (Sept 2015 – March 2016). Launch new community openings and work with the VP of Sales to ensure response and attendance numbers were are track. Manage community traffic numbers to prepare future marketing plans
  • Manage Denver division marketing budgets, all vendor relations, and Marketing Coordinator position

Oakwood Homes || Regional Marketing Coordinator || 2013-2015
  • Manage all social media operations with frequent updates and constant contact with followers; Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, YouTube, Houzz. (winner of 2014 Social Media Campaign Denver MAME awards)
  • Supply all Sales managers and counselors with collateral to ensure highest level of contracts written.
  • Maintain all signage from billboards to road signage to individual home signs. This includes design, purchase, and installation.
  • All entry work for builder/design/architecture/individual achievement awards throughout the year
  • Work with City officials on permitting, city events, and sponsorships.
  • Coordinate events for new community openings, new ways to drive traffic to existing communities, and create excitement for new plans/product being released.
