Currently, I built and led the marketing function, developing a centralized strategy across more than 30 properties and multiple markets. My role has spanned everything from full-scale rebrands and new development launches to performance optimization across paid media, digital channels, and on-site experience. My leadership style is grounded in trust and accountability. In addition to team leadership, I oversee all marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external partnerships. I develop annual budgets in collaboration with leadership and investor groups, then actively manage and optimize spend throughout the year based on performance and evolving business needs.

I own channel strategy end-to-end, with full responsibility for identifying where and how we invest. My approach is grounded in both experience and ongoing learning, I actively stay current on emerging platforms, tools, and technologies to ensure we’re evolving alongside the market.
Because I’ve worked across every stage of campaign development, from concept and design to execution and analytics, I bring a practical, informed perspective to strategy. I understand what strong execution looks like, what it takes to deliver it, and how to build systems that support both creativity and performance at scale.
I actively integrate emerging tools, including AI, into my workflow to improve speed, insight, and scalability. From enhancing content development to supporting campaign optimization and analysis, I approach AI as a way to augment strategy and execution – not replace it – ensuring marketing remains both efficient and thoughtful.
