I’m a marketing leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling brand and growth strategy across a diverse real estate portfolio. My work sits at the intersection of creative direction and performance – where strong positioning, thoughtful storytelling, and data-driven execution come together to deliver measurable results.

Currently, I built and led the marketing function, developing a centralized strategy across more than 30 properties and multiple markets. My role has spanned everything from full-scale rebrands and new development launches to performance optimization across paid media, digital channels, and on-site experience. I partner closely with leadership and investor groups to align marketing strategy with business goals, ensuring that every initiative is both creative and accountable to outcomes.

I built and continue to lead the marketing department at my current company, with full ownership of strategy, execution, and performance across the portfolio. As the company scaled, I expanded the team by hiring and mentoring a marketing coordinator and supporting interns, creating an environment that encourages creativity, autonomy, and professional growth.

My leadership style is grounded in trust and accountability. I prioritize hiring thoughtful, capable people and giving them the space to do their best work, while providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their careers. In addition to team leadership, I oversee all marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external partnerships. I develop annual budgets in collaboration with leadership and investor groups, then actively manage and optimize spend throughout the year based on performance and evolving business needs.

I understand what strong execution looks like, what it takes to deliver it, and how to build systems that support both creativity and performance at scale.

I actively integrate emerging tools, including AI, into my workflow to improve speed, insight, and scalability. From enhancing content development to supporting campaign optimization and analysis, I approach AI as a way to augment strategy and execution – not replace it – ensuring marketing remains both efficient and thoughtful.
